Wealth, Success, and the
Power of the Unconscious Mind

Name something you want. It can
be a weight-loss goal, a money goal, a sales quota,
a new job… It’s entirely up to you.
Since this is about wealth and success, think about
money goals. Would you like to have more money?
Let me ask you a blunt question:
Why don’t you have it yet? Why don’t
you have a thinner body, higher sales, that job
of your dreams, or more money? Now, here’s
news that might surprise you; the fault lies not
with the economy, your spouse, your boss, or any
other external source. It’s in your own mind.
Not in the conscious mind. No,
the roadblock is much deeper. It’s where you
rarely look. It’s in your unconscious. Chances
are your unconscious holds some contradictory intentions
for you. The thoughts, beliefs, and emotions programmed
into your unconscious mind can be powerful motivators
– and great saboteurs, keeping you from all
you truly desire.
For example, you say, “I
want to lose 10 pounds” and “I want
a hot fudge sundae.” People constantly make
such contradictory statements and, as a result,
make no progress in the direction of their dreams
and desires. They’re stuck and they’re
frustrated at being stuck. They feel powerless to
create the lives they really want.
To set the stage, Joan will explain
the link between the power of the unconscious mind
and the creation of wealth and success. Top sports
performers, business leaders, and salespeople understand
this link and how to develop it through “inner
work.”
Next, she will present an overview
of her three-step process for getting what you really
want in life. Then, for the bulk of the morning,
she will work with you to teach a quick, easy-to-learn
tool to clear those negative thoughts, beliefs,
emotions that limit or defeat you.
• Does it seem like you
never have enough, no matter how much you make?
• Is there a dream burning inside you but
you hesitate to pursue it because you’re
afraid you’ll fail?
• Do you hear yourself saying again and
again “I can’t afford it.”
• Do you think that becoming very successful
will compromise your spiritual growth?
• Are you convinced you have to work hard
(struggle!) to have money?
These limiting thoughts,
beliefs, and emotions work on the unconscious level
to undermine your best efforts. As they fade away,
life become easier, you become “luckier,”
and your level of joy, harmony, and enthusiasm continue
to rise. Not bad for a morning’s work!
